How we handle your information

This template is designed for transparent, permission-based lead capture. Use this page as a boilerplate and update the sections below to reflect your brokerage or marketing operation.

1. Data we collect

  • • Contact details: name, email, phone, location.
  • • Lead context: province/city of interest, consent checkbox.
  • • Technical metadata: IP address, user-agent, referrer.

2. Why we collect it

  • • Route qualified leads to licensed partners.
  • • Measure campaign performance and prevent fraud.
  • • Send consented foreclosure alerts or newsletters.

3. Storage & retention

  • • Leads are stored in Supabase (Postgres) with row-level access controls.
  • • Service-role keys stay server-side. Never expose them to the browser.
  • • Delete leads that lapse compliance windows or when a user requests removal.

4. Your controls

  • • Users can unsubscribe via every email footer.
  • • Provide a dedicated inbox for access or deletion requests.
  • • Update this section with any broker, FINTRAC, or provincial disclosures.
